This summer, Torquay and the English Riviera are set to become the beating heart of the international stand-up paddleboarding world. From 24–28 June 2026, the ICF SUP World Cup English Riviera and the Paddle UK SUPER Festival will bring elite athletes, thrilling races, and a fantastic festival atmosphere to our beautiful bays.
For the first time, the UK is hosting a SUP World Cup event on this scale, and it’s happening right here in Torbay. Around 200 of the world’s top paddlers will compete in sprint and technical races across the sheltered turquoise waters of Torquay, Paignton, and Brixham, while the SUPER Festival opens the event up to everyone – from families and beginners to keen recreational paddlers.
